The competition, a muscle-packed spectacle featuring Asia’s finest, saw Bui Dac Phi Vu clinch the title in the men’s 55kg category, outmuscling Suresh Duwal and Azri Win Asmat Sefri.

Not to be outdone, Tran Thi Thanh Tam and Nguyen Thi Kim Cuong dominated the women’s fitness physique categories, proving that strength knows no gender.

The Vietnamese team never stopped there, bagging a silver and three bronze medals in other categories.

The championship was a two-day event from September 4 to 5, which saw 236 athletes from 17 countries and territories flex their muscles in 45 categories.

Organized by the Asian Bodybuilding and Fitness Federation and the Nepal Bodybuilding and Fitness Federation, the event is a testament to the power of discipline, dedication, and determination.

The first day saw 15 events for senior and junior athletes wrap up, with the following days set to feature men’s and women’s weight categories, fitness physique, model physique, sports physique, and athletic physique.

Whether you’re a seasoned bodybuilder or a fitness enthusiast, remember that every rep counts. Keep pushing, keep flexing, and who knows? You might just be the next champion to make your country proud.
