Within that span of time, I went from 250 to 210 pounds! It was a great milestone for me because usually it takes me longer to lose so much. To give a background of what I have been doing, I rarely worked out or went to the gym. I just ate healthier, all the fruits and vegetables and less of those junk. I walked 4 miles every other day, and just was sensible about everything I did or ate.   • I’m a 26 year old woman and I’ve been using this magical product for about 6 months now. I found this product online but was a little sketchy until Isaac wrote down his thoughts on it.
