A lot of online reviews highlighted that this fat burner didn’t just promote better sleep cycles, but also made people fall asleep faster.

Personally, I would have liked to have seen a slightly higher dose of melatonin, and I wouldn’t rate it as the best nighttime appetite suppressant. If that’s what you need, then option 1 above is the better choice.
I have to point out the kidney bean extract and l theanine content though, they're some of the finest ingredients for an effective nighttime fat burner.
4 - T6 Star6urn PM
This overnight fat burner from T6 was the first one I found with garcinia cambogia, which has a great track record of working as an effective fat burner.
I personally found it worked pretty well as a sleep aid, mostly from the point of view that I got to sleep pretty fast.
I found quite a few athletes mentioned in forums that they thought it was the best nighttime recovery supplement, especially on high-intensity workout days.

I’m not sure I would go that far, but the added magnesium does help with muscle relaxation, which can help with recovery.
With all the good things to say, I did find it a bit annoying that the company tries to market simple and natural fat burning ingredients under fancy names like KSM-66 and InnoSlim.
Just keep it honest when it comes to fat burning products.
5 - Naturewise Nighttime Slim
Naturewise is my next recommended nighttime fat burner pill, which does balance the sleep aid and fat burning ability quite well.
While I wasn’t able to prove or measure its fat burning ability, the company claims that it will help you burn about 116 kcal while sleeping.
From the reviews I looked into, there were two common highlights of this fat burner. First, many people said they wouldn’t wake up hungry, which helped them increase their fasting periods that little bit more.

6 - Havasu Night Time Weight Loss Pills
Havasu was a company that I wasn’t really familiar with, so I decided to do some extra research and talk to a dietician about them. It turns out, they are actually a very reputable maker of supplements.
This fat burning one is actually rather simple when it comes to the ingredients, but the company does keep the exact amounts a secret.
I tried it for 2 weeks and would agree with many online reviews that it does help with sleeping, even if there is noise around your home.

Personally, I didn’t find that taking the fat burner before bedtime made me get to sleep quicker, but I did find that I had a more relaxing night feeling more recovered in the morning.
