Its durability is enhanced by a 3-step powder coat finish and gussets for extra support, with capped frame ends to prevent oxidation. This power rack includes two plate posts, three band posts on each side for added resistance, two j-cup bar catches, two safety catches, and a pull-up bar. The bar holders are fitted with ABS sleeves to prevent scratches on your Olympic bar.
