So you also have to do your part. What I am trying to say is this. I’m a huge snacker every afternoon. So at noontime I take 2 pills. It holds me over til dinner. Simple as that! I’m up before the sun rises every day. I have would take the usual breakfast. Before lunchtime, I have to eat a nice size lunch. Then by noontime, I pop 2 of these pills and these pills will take me until the sun sets. When the night comes, I eat dinner. Done and that’s my usual routine.
