Shipping Rates and Services
We calculate fees based on product weight and use a variety of carriers to ensure competitive pricing.
Delivery Timelines for the Continental USA
- Standard Shipping (Ground): Typically, orders arrive within 3-5 business days. We dispatch using either FedEx or UPS, selecting the one with the quickest estimated delivery. While we aim for 3-5 business days, please allow up to 10 business days due to potential transit delays. Note: the pickup day is not counted as a transit day.
- Order Processing: Orders placed by midnight (CST) are processed and ready for shipping the next business day. Although we strive to have orders picked up by carriers the same day, carrier pickup schedules vary and are not guaranteed.
- Special Note for Apparel Items: Please allow 2-7 business days for apparel item fulfillment, in addition to shipping time.
- Expedited Shipping: Choose this for delivery within 2-3 business days.
International Shipping Update
Please Note: We’re currently not shipping internationally. We’ll update our policy once we can accommodate international customers. Thank you for your patience.

Our products are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
Different Shipping and Billing Addresses
You’re welcome to have your order shipped to a different address than your billing one. During checkout, simply uncheck the “Ship to the same address” option under Billing Address and select or add a different Shipping Address.
Changing Your Shipping Address
Easily update your shipping address in your account. Go to “My Account” > “Account Information” > “Address Book”. Here, you can modify existing addresses or add new ones.
Mistakes in Shipping Address
Contact us immediately if you enter the wrong shipping address. We’ll work with our carriers to correct it. If your order has already shipped, a $20 fee applies for redirecting it. Unfortunately, we can’t offer refunds for these errors.
Tracking Number Issues
You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. It might take up to 48 hours for tracking information to update. If you’re still having trouble, contact us at [email protected] for assistance.
Returns or Complaints Policy
Physical Products: If you need to return one of our physical products due to an ordering error, you’re responsible for return shipping fees and a $15 restocking fee. Upon receiving and inspecting the returned items, we’ll process your refund, minus the restocking fee. If we’ve made an error or you’re dissatisfied with the product, contact us with 7 businesses days and we will waive the restocking fee. Please note that supplements products must not be opened to be eligible for returns.
