The Valor Fitness BD-33 Power Cage is an ideal addition to any home or garage gym. Constructed from robust 2″ x 2″ 12-gauge steel, this power cage ensures maximum strength and durability. The unit is designed with rubber base caps on each foot for enhanced safety, stability, and floor protection. This versatile cage allows for a variety of strength training exercises, including squats, bench presses, rack pulls, and pull-ups. With a 43″ width between uprights, it accommodates most benches for effective bench press workouts.

Included with the BD-33 are the Valor Fitness Lat Pull Attachment and the BD-CC2.0 Cable Crossover Attachment, featuring two adjustable cable machines and handles for comprehensive workout options. The double bar track system provides stability and smooth movement for both Olympic and standard plates. Despite its comprehensive functionality, the unit maintains a compact footprint, measuring 88″ x 116.5″ x 86″.

The power cage supports a maximum load of 500 lbs on bar catchers outside the cage, 650 lbs inside the cage, and 750 lbs on safety bars, with a 200 lb max load on the Lat Pull and each side of the Cable Crossover.
