The Cybex 750A Arc Trainer is a versatile lower body fitness machine combining the best elements of a skier, elliptical trainer, and climber. Designed by Yale and US National Team rower John Duke in the mid-’80s, this handcrafted machine offers a broad incline and resistance range to target almost every lower body muscle group. With Reverse Arc motion technology, it reduces stress on joints and provides a full range of motion for the knee and hip, making it ideal for low-impact cardiovascular workouts.
The 750A features eight preset programs, nine custom programs, and two advanced programs, including a heart rate monitor program, to cater to various fitness needs. The intuitive split-level display makes it easy to monitor your workout, and additional features include compatibility with a detachable TV monitor (sold separately), dual water bottle holders, and a dual-speed fan.
Hand-built in Rhode Island, the Cybex 750A uses sustainably sourced Appalachian hardwood and offers a 10-year frame warranty. With a capacity of up to 400 pounds, it measures 28.5 x 62.5 x 77 inches, making it compact yet powerful. The machine is load-dependent, adjusting resistance to the user’s weight, ensuring an equivalent workout for different users.
