Thermogenics are designed to speed up your metabolism and burn calories by generating heat, a process called thermogenesis, while fat burners directly target fat cells in the process.

Both products may be great helpers on your weight-loss journey, and that is what they have in common.

You should look for supplements for burning fat that combine both types of ingredients and then add them to your diet and exercise program.

Now that doesn’t mean you’ll end up with a fever.
