About a month ago, we had a chat among colleagues here at Total Shape about which male fitness influencer is the most attractive.

We didn't expect the friendly chat to turn into a heated discussion.

So we asked our readers and subscribers for their opinions to balance out our biases.

The names have been pouring in for the last few weeks, and we now have a definitive list.

As far as we’re concerned, there are a few surprises.

Here’s who you find hot in fitness.

Top 29 Hottest Male Influencers

Below are the hottest male fitness models according to our readers and subscribers,  starting with the fitness model with the least number of votes.

29. Chris Jones

Chris "Beastmode" Jones isn't just a fitness guru; he's also a certified heartthrob in the online world.

With his chiseled physique and charismatic presence, he's captured the attention of countless fans, solidifying his status as one of the hottest influencers in the fitness industry.

From the moment he uploaded his first video back in 2011, it was clear that Chris had that "it" factor—both in knowledge and appeal—that separates the good from the great.

Overcoming criticisms and controversies, he's stayed true to his mission while also growing an empire that includes personal training, clothing lines, and supplements.

28. Carlton Loth

This Australian bodybuilder and certified personal trainer has all the qualities most people would consider attractive.

He has a box-shaped head, a symmetrical face, blonde hair, and a bulky physique that would easily land him on the runner-up list of Mr. Olympia.

This IFBB Physique Pro has come from a long track record of consistency, having started bodybuilding at the tender age of 15.

27. Jeremy L. Buendia

A young Jeremy had the goal of playing in the NFL before injuries cut short his dream. But luckily, his father, an amateur bodybuilder, mentored him into the industry. And the rest, as they say, is history.

Jeremy’s career in fitness is nothing short of illustrious. He is not only a 4x Mr. Olympia physique winner, he won it consecutively between 2014 and 2017 [1].

Five years later, he’s pushing on and is equally receiving love from fans. This top male fitness influencer continues to challenge fans and fitness enthusiasts to shun negative thoughts and embrace positivity.

26. Nyle Nayga

You may be hearing about this fitness model for the first time here.

Although he’s quite new in the fitness world, that doesn't make him an amateur in this sport.

The Texas native of Asian descent is a certified professional trainer and focuses on helping his clients realize their full fitness potential.

The 25-year-old fitness model shares solid tips on his socials about what it takes to get that shredded physique he has.

His young looks, superior physique, and boyish charm make him one of the hottest male fitness models on social media.

Nyle’s before and after photos on his Instagram account is a testament that it's possible to go from fat to fit.

25. Richard Duchon

Like many top male fitness influencers on this list, Richard Duchon started early.

At 15, he was grasping and sharing everything he read or watched about fitness, weightlifting  and bodybuilding.

Having started off as an Instagram model, he is now a fitness icon at 23 with an incredible physique and 1.5 million followers on Instagram.

The handsome Dutch helps millions with motivation, workout videos, and nutrition tips through his social handles and fitness app.

24. Garrott Coelho

Garrott Coelho is one of the few male fitness models that can brag about over two decades of experience.

The popular fitness model claims to have found the ins and outs of manipulating biology to get the human body to drop fat.

He is an IFBB professional and has participated in several physique competitions, coming as close as runner-up.

23. Jo Linder

We also got a lot of responses about the German’s Arnold Schwarzenegger with blonde hair, blue eyes, and, as usual, a god-like physique.

Jo Linder’s career in fitness started by sharing training, supplementation, and nutrition advice with his followers.

It would soon grow to be a full-blown career as a fitness athlete and influencer.

His IG is filled with shirtless photos of himself lifting weights and posing for the camera.

You can tell he has no problem grabbing the ladies’ attention.

22. Mike Thurston

Looking at his posts, Mike Thurston would easily pass for a telenovela lead.

He has the perfect physique and eyes that can drive women crazy.

He made the decision to follow fitness as a career path at 22 and has not looked back.

Besides being a fitness coach, he also has a degree in Economics and Business Management which he has found useful in steering his business endeavors.

He shares his diet plans, training regimens, and cheat meals with millions of his followers on Youtube and Instagram.

20. Sadik Hadzovic

Growing up in a war-torn country did not stop a young Sadik Hadzovic from dreaming of being a physique icon.

The Bosnian native would idolize his comic book heroes as his ideal body goal.

19. James Ellis

James went from a skinny kid in school suffering bullying to a ripped muscle tank fit for a role as a Spartan soldier in the movie “300 - Rise of an empire”.

He fell in love with weightlifting while in college and developed a training regimen and physical discipline, and has never slacked since.

“I got serious about weight training when I was in college at the age of 20 and have been serious about it since then.”

- James Ellis

To say that his efforts in the gym have paid off would be an understatement.

James has gone on to be one of the top fitness cover models, has participated in numerous bodybuilding competitions, and worked with Jay Cutler, a 4X Mr. Olympia winner.

He’s also won several titles himself, among them the WBFF (World Bodybuilding & Fitness Federation) title in 2011 [2].

18. Roger Snipes

Roger Snipes lived with an alcoholic and abusive father with psychotic behavior.

This translated to physical and psychological abuse directed at him at such a young age that he contemplated suicide as an escape.

Snipes has scooped the first position in a couple of competitions, among them Mr. UK 2010, Model Muscle Mania, MiamiPro muscle model, and many more [3].

17. Joey Swoll

By merely looking at Joey Swoll’s Instagram and his bulky and swollen like a war tank body, you wouldn't tell he was bullied growing up.

Well, nobody can dare oppress this fitness figure now.

Joey went on to become a gym rat, spending late nights in the gym and preparing strict meal plans.

And it has all paid off. Today, he’s one of the top male fitness models in the industry.

He’s taken social media to a whole new level by teaching people about gym etiquette and respect on TikTok, where he has millions of followers [4].

16. Jaco De Bruyn

Young Jaco’s aesthetics were pretty natural, a quality that set him up for fitness modeling at a young age. But he would soon develop an interest in bodybuilding.

After winning the very first competition he participated in, he was already sold out to the sport.

Other accomplishments include Physique BodyBeatiful South Africa, Mr. Physique Bodybuilding, and top 8 in Mr. World Sports.

15. Steve Cook

Steve is one of the surprises that we came across.

He is not as bulky as most on this list, but he sure has ripped abs, nice biceps, and some loving fans.

What people like about him is his simplicity and the fact that he hasn't taken bulking to the extreme.

He’s even graced several magazine covers, including Iron Man, Muscle & Fitness, and Men’s Fitness [5].

Cook has built a brand for himself, including personal training and activewear, that he promotes to his huge following.

14. Marc Fitt

Marc Fitt is another example that you don't have to look like hulk to be considered successful in this industry.

You may not find him in competitions, but Marc is winning in other ways.

The Canadian Fitpreneur started off early by amassing a massive following on social media thanks to his training videos and nutritional tips.

He leveraged his following for endorsements with multiple supplement companies.

Besides being a brand ambassador to multiple supplement companies, he also owns an apparel company.

13. David Laid

David's background is too familiar; a skinny kid with low self-confidence suffered bullying in school.

He’d also lost his father and was diagnosed with scoliosis.

All this led him to weightlifting, and he has never been the same.

As his muscles grew, so did his confidence.

And today, he has accomplished quite a feat, appearing on the covers of multiple magazines, including Men’s Health Poland and GQ UK.

As a personal trainer, David inspires others to take steps toward fitness as he did through his Youtube and Instagram accounts.

12. Rob Riches

Rob’s love for fitness opened a career door for him as a fitness trainer.

As a coach, he had the reputation of getting the results, a quality that saw clients flood his doorstep.

All it did was encourage him to pursue fitness further. So he started competing.

Rob has come first in various categories of multiple events, including the Musclemania World Championships, British Natural Bodybuilding Federation (BNBF), and America’s Fittest Model.

His fame also led him to Hollywood, where he created his own show, “The Rob Riches Show”.

Rob’s coaching is different. He not only shows you the exercises but also teaches you how to perform them along with their benefits, a quality that makes him one of the top male fitness influencers on the planet.

11. Anton Antipov

Anton is an IFBB professional physique champion and an accomplished competitor.

He is also one of the most popular male fitness models on the planet.

Looking at his Instagram, it is not hard to see why you love this guy.

He’s a bit of a character and, once in a while, publishes some crazy trips and adventures, a good break from the typical dumbbell and squats posts.

Oh, and sorry, ladies, he’s taken.

10. Mike O'Hearn

And now, coming in 10th place is Mike O’Hearn.

He's one of the most famous male fitness influencers on this list, owing to his appearance in numerous magazines and in American Gladiator shows.

His accomplishments as a competitor are also unmatched.

He’s won fitness model of the year a record seven times and Mr “Natural” Universe four times, among other huge accomplishments.

Today, he has his own company and helps his followers develop titan strength and hypertrophy like he did.

9. Ryan Terry

You may not believe it, but Ryan was once a plumber with modeling as a side hustle.

Soon, after he started winning pageants and receiving calls from fitness and nutrition brands, he figured it was time to switch careers.

Ryan has gone on to win multiple competitions and has appeared for multiple high-profile magazines such as Men’s Health Spain and GQ Italy.

He’s also one of the top male fitness influencers thanks to the fitness videos and nutritional tips that he offers his followers on his socials.

8. Jeff Seid

Jeff Seid is another fan favorite. He comes in at 8th on our fans’ most beloved male fitness influencer list.

Although he’s yet to win an IFBB or Mr. Olympia, he's doing significantly well, considering he chose bodybuilding as a second career choice after an ACL injury ruined his college football ambitions.

He’s notably one of the youngest fitness competitors and bodybuilders on this list and the youngest IFBB pro ever.

7. Sergi Constance

There’s so much buzz about Serge Constance, both online and on our feedback. And it's obvious why.

His squinty eyes, black hair, beard, and mustache break the scales of attraction.

And to top it off, he has an impressive physique

Sergi is one of the top male fitness influencers out there, equipped with knowledge (has a degree in science and physical education and sport) and practice (having participated in several competitions, winning quite a few).

Most notably, he is the winner of the Muscle and Fitness Cover model, Search at Mr. Olympia Weekend, and was the overall champion of the Men’s Physique NPC Tampa Wings of Strength Championship.

Sergi is also an established fitpreneur with his own apparel company.

6. Simeon Panda

We were not surprised to see Simeon Panda in the top 6.

He has an incredible way of engaging his followers, almost having them think that this top male fitness influencer and personal trainer is their friend.

Panda shares almost everything, including cooking, workout routines, etc. His content has helped thousands of his followers to achieve their physical fitness goals and a sculpture-like body akin to his.

He has also received recognition from Forbes and other magazines where he has been featured.

5. Noah Neimann

It was a surprise to see Noah Neihmann in the top 5.

But given the level of publicity he enjoys, it's not difficult to tell why our readers love this personal trainer.

Noah may not strike you as someone who would compete on Mr. Olympia; however, he has trained multiple entertainment stars in fashion, sports and entertainment.

He has also been featured on Workout New York and has appeared on Dr. Oz [6].

That's how the Pittsburgh native has accomplished an incredible feat in the industry.

4. Shaun T

You probably know Shaun from the many workout videos he publishes.

Just to mention a few, he is the creator of Insanity, Cize, Insanity, The Asylum, Rockin Body, and Hip Hop Abs.

Shaun may not have the body to compete with Jay Cutler or Ronnie Coleman, but he sure has inspired many to sustain their body goals through his programs.

Unlike many top male fitness influencers on this list, he keeps his shirt on most of the time.

But this hasn't stopped fans from loving this bald and muscular personal trainer.

His socials are filled with cool places he visits for impromptu dance videos.

3. Bret Contreras

Bret wears many hats. He’s a strength coach, an author, and a blogger.

But what he’s best known for is pushing women to attain their dream butt.

You may brush him off at first, but the guy has a PhD in sports science, so he knows what he’s doing.

The Glute Guy, as he is popularly known, makes good use of video technology to show women how to whip that derriere into shape.

The results speak for themselves; his catalog is full of before and after photos of the women he has helped.

As a result of his work ethic and knowledge of his craft, he has amassed a massive following, currently standing at over a million on Instagram.

2. Lazar Angelov

Lazar has some of the most impressive abs you will ever see.

It's no surprise that he appears second on this list.

His fitness journey started with an injury that cut short his dream of playing Basketball.

He then went from joining the army to working two jobs to achieve his dream of becoming a professional bodybuilder.

“Since fitness was my second passion behind basketball, I decided to put all my effort into it, and that was the turning point for me.”

- Lazar Angelov

Today, he’s among the top male fitness influencers.

He shares his healthy lifestyle with millions following him on his socials, and he’s helped thousands achieve dream bodies with his exercise and diet routines.

1. Ulisses Jr.

I’m sure you must’ve heard him or seen this face before, as he has over whopping 8 million followers on Instagram, which actually isn’t that surprising given his scintillating 8-pack and muscular body.

The New York native has won several competitions, including the Universe Natural and world natural categories.

To be honest, he might have great genetics to his advantage, but he's had to put in a lot of work, coming from a skinny boy to where he is today.
