Many of my fitness clients have asked me if Christian Guzman, the owner of Alphaland Gym, is on steroids.

This piqued my interest as a bodybuilder, so I spent three weeks researching Guzman's social media photos and videos to determine if he is really natural.

In this article, I'll explain my findings, so keep reading to find out if Christian Guzman's exceptional physique resulted solely from pure genetics and hard efforts.

Let's dive in.

Quick Summary

  • Christian Guzman isn' on steroids, but has diligently exercised, changed his diet, and has been disciplined to attain a toned body.
  • Testosterone boosters, and mass gainers are some supplements that might have helped Christian Guzman gain more muscles.
  • Guzman participated in amateur bodybuilding competition, which don't tolerate steroid usage.

Is Christian Guzman Taking Steroids?

Christian Guzman is unlikely to be taking steroids, as his weight is average for his height, and he does not appear incredibly lean or muscular.

Research suggests that Androgenic-anabolic steroids (AAS) can have powerful effects on athletes, like strength and weight gains and increased lean muscle mass [1].

Christian Guzman made a fortune from fitness vlogging and entrepreneurship, not just as a bodybuilder.

His desire to motivate young aspirants to cultivate a healthy lifestyle may have influenced him to avoid PEDs and launch his businesses in the clothing, food, and fitness industries.

Guzman has given a great deal of time and energy to building the Alphalete as a haven for young people seeking to live an active, fit, natural, and healthy lifestyle.

Why Do People Think Guzman Uses Steroids?

Some people believe Christian Guzman is on steroids because of his occasionally ripped appearance in social media posts. However, in my opinion, his excellent physique is the only thing that might indicate that he is using steroids.

In my research, the Alphalete owner does not significantly demonstrate any of the most common indicators of steroid use:

  • Extreme Vascularity
  • Large Breast Tissue
  • Rapid Bulking Process
  • Matured skin and acne-scarring
  • Hair Loss

Christian Guzman has photos of himself with an exceptionally defined, shredded physique and moderately enlarged breasts, though not as dramatic as Phil Heath or Brad Martyn's.

I believe his decently sized muscles and chest area are the result of gym training, a proper diet, and natural supplementation.

Although his arms look veiny, this is most probably due to his hard bodybuilding routines, and they do not appear to be the highly prominent veins common in steroid-using bodybuilders [2].

"When you work out, your muscles swell, which pushes the veins closer toward the skin's surface and adds to the appearance of bulging."

- Antonios P. Gasparis, M.D., Director of the Center for Vein Care & Vascular Lab at Stony Brook Medicine

Additionally, his natural skin looks clean and fresh, and he does not appear to be losing hair.

Christian Guzman's Current Stats

  • Age: 28 уеаrѕ оld (Born: Fеbruаrу 20, 1993)
  • Неіght: 6 ft (183 cm)
  • Wеіght: 194 lbs (88 kg)
  • Body fat percentage: Approximately 7%
  • Chest: 44 inches
  • Waist: 32 inches
  • Arms: 17 inches

Can Christian Guzman's Physique Be Achieved By Hard Work Alone?

Christian Guzman's physique is naturally attainable by anyone willing to make significant changes to their diet, workout, supplementation, and mindset.

The transformation from a skinny-framed teenager to the more muscular bodybuilder he is today demanded a challenging decision to begin lifting weights and training diligently for several years.

Christian Guzman might not be where he is today if he hadn’t been consistent with a hard fitness routine, like compound lifts for a full body workout and accessory lifts for muscle shaping.

According to his social media posts, he schedules separate days for his legs and shoulders and also hour-long push and pull sessions to help him stay focused on his bodybuilding goals.

And to top it off, Christian Guzman eats a well-balanced diet of whole grains, vegetables, and lean proteins and takes whey-protein shakes to supplement his pre and post-workout nutrition [3].

While diet and exercise are crucial, to fast-track your progress, you can also take multivitamins for men and testosterone boosters based on natural and legal ingredients.

Was Christian Guzman Tested for Steroid Use?

Christian Guzman may have been tested for anabolic steroid use while competing in amateur bodybuilding competitions several years ago.

However, there is not enough information on this online, nor are there any results of the drug tests he may have passed.

Being an entrepreneur, motivational speaker, and YouTube personality, his personal and professional life is more open to the public. In my opinion, if he did have a recent steroid test, he would’ve shared the results on his social media profiles.

Is Christian Guzman Natty?

My research led me to conclude that Christian Guzman is natty and that many young fitness enthusiasts might take inspiration from his determination to succeed.

Today, his dedication to healthy eating, workout, and natural supplementation to maintain his physique has a global impact on millions of fans.

While his success can be attained with a strict diet, diligent workouts, and consistent effort, this process usually takes years. To circumvent unfavorable genetics and fast-track the progress, I always advise my clients to supplement with a bulking stack that's right for their bodies.

I usually recommend a natural and legal steroid substitute for men because, in my practice so far, it has proven to be effective at increasing strength, improving metabolism, and accelerating muscle growth without causing any harmful side effects.
