And our team was discussing an interview where she was addressing a lot of “ridiculous and awful” comments about her weight loss.

So, we decided to spend a day looking over her social media profile, interviews, and TV appearances, to discover how she actually did it.

She started losing weight in her sophomore year and has brought it down to about 120 pounds over a few years.

Some people say that’s too low, but my dietitian pointed out that you have to consider that she’s only 5’3”.

After hours of scrolling through her old social media, it's clear she's worked hard to stay fit. She often mentions her struggles with the press about her weight loss in interviews.

Despite tummy tuck and eating disorder rumors, she's addressed them and won't comment further. Also, Ariana's story emphasizes balancing health and weight loss, steering clear of extremes.

How Did She Change Her Diet?

Ariana Biermann changed her diet by paying close attention to everything she eats and drinks and keeping a detailed journal.

She has religiously counted calories and eaten healthy food with a focus on cutting out sugar and refined carbs. She has also mentioned that she doesn’t drink soda anymore and has stopped snacking.

Ariana has also set the record straight over nasty comments relating to an eating disorder. She finds those very insulting, considering that she’s worked so hard for a year and a half.

Ariana Biermann has only shared a few details about her exercise routine.

She would run 3-5 miles every day with a waist trainer on.

And she’d do that no matter how hot it was outside.

On top of that, she would go to the gym for strength training and probably some high-intensity interval training as well.

And her mother, Kim, explained that Ariana put in a huge amount of effort every single day without losing focus or motivation.

Yes, Ariana Biermann has maintained the weight loss and the reality star gushed over social media to show how much work she has put into keeping her physique.

As a personal fitness coach, I fully understand that it can be almost as difficult to maintain a certain weight level as it is to achieve it in the first place.

And that’s where I would give Ariana a lot of credit for how hard she’s worked.

Ariana’s Supplements

Ariana hasn’t spoken much about taking weight loss supplements.

So I got my dietitian to take a look at her progress and come up with a suggestion of what she probably took.

The most likely thing Ariana relied on was a fat-burning supplement.

These products aim to suppress your appetite, which can help reduce food intake.

And they also boost your metabolism and energy a bit as well to burn off extra calories.

Such a supplement alone can’t lead to losing 50 pounds overnight, but over many months the effects can add up substantially.
