Since transitioning to a new life as a mum of two children, she has been candid about adopting healthy ways of living that don't involve restrictive dieting.

Yes, Chrissy Teigen had cheek reduction surgery or buccal fat removal, having fat removed from her cheeks to create a contoured face .
