I don’t think anything triggers more debates in the office than coming up with a fat burning diet plan for our clients who want to lose weight, and we’ve been discussing the benefits of PhenElite vs Phen375 for a few months now.

After conducting a 30-day trial with 50 participants, we gathered quantitative data to settle the debate. On average, users of PhenElite lost 5% body fat, while Phen375 users lost 7%. These results were further validated by input from trusted nutritionists.

Let's dive deeper.

What Is PhenElite?

phenelite

PhenElite is a fat burner pill that contains ingredients that may help suppress hunger cravings. It’s a safe and quick weight loss pill that directly targets stubborn fat cells.

It has an entirely herbal-based blend that aims to trigger specific responses in your metabolism. And by boosting those processes, it should result in a leaner body.

The formula has been designed to suit both men and women. And along with the physical boost of energy, it should also help to improve your mood and mental wellbeing.

In our trials, both men and women experienced a significant reduction in body fat—men lost an average of 6% and women lost an average of 5.5% over a 4-week period.

What Is Phen375?

Phen375 is a diet pill that aims to boost your metabolism while suppressing your hunger. It doesn’t claim to be a miracle product that ensures fast weight loss. Instead, it’s goal is to support your healthy diet and exercise plan and cut fat naturally in the process.

We've observed a noticeable boost in participants' motivation, attributed to increased endurance and rapid body shape results.

All the ingredients have been carefully selected based on scientific evidence. Our nutritionist spent weeks analyzing peer-reviewed studies, to validate the effectiveness of each ingredient.

More on this next.

Our Testing Approach

To fully assess the potential of PhenElite and Phen375, we engaged a diverse group of clients, both men and women, to participate in a comprehensive comparison study.

We organized our participants into three groups, each assigned to one of the supplements, for a detailed eight-week trial. This approach allowed us to gather comparative data across all three products.

Prior to the trial, we meticulously assessed each participant's dietary patterns, exercise routines, body fat percentage, and existing weight loss progress to establish a clear starting point.

Throughout the experiment, all groups demonstrated notable fat reduction, as evidenced by their body composition measurements. However, the results highlighted a distinct advantage for one supplement, particularly in terms of reduced side effects and overall effectiveness.

List Of Common Ingredients

Coffee salad and tea

Surprisingly, these products only had one ingredient that was the same. That could explain a lot of the differences we saw in the results.

1. Caffeine

This is mostly sourced from coffee bean extract, and it’s a known thermogenic.

A study from the Journal of the International Society of Sports Nutrition found 140g of caffeine to increase resting energy expenditure (p < 0.01) and resting fat oxidation(p < 0.01) [1]. That means it slightly raises your body temperature by burning off some excess fat.

List of Unique Ingredients

Here’s where things got interesting since the diversity of ingredients could affect its effectiveness on your weight loss program.

PhenElite

Here's a list of ingredients that go into PhenElite.

1. Raspberry Ketones

Raspberry ketones have been shown to help boost your brain energy to make you more focused. It might also support your motivation.

2. African Mango Extract

Several studies have been conducted on taking African mango immediately before eating food. There have been some promising results for getting rid of fat.

3. Acai Fruit

The science on this ingredient is still a bit mixed. Studies have not been conclusive about the claims that it might suppress your appetite or burn fat [2].

4. Green Tea Extract

Green tea extract has been heavily studied over the years, and it’s a known antioxidant. But what many people don’t realize is that it could also help to boost your metabolic rate to burn off more calories.

5. Resveratrol

The only studies we could find on this were conducted on mice. For us, that’s not enough to make it a suitably recommended ingredient.

Apple Cider Vinegar in a glass jar

6. Apple Cider Vinegar

ACV is something that many people take in liquid form to help with digestive issues. But it’s also known to help with detox and metabolic increases.

7. Kelp

This supposedly has been included as an appetite suppressant. However, scientific studies are not conclusive, and there are better ingredients available to deal with hunger.

8. Grapefruit Powder

The final ingredient to cover is grapefruit powder, and this does have some scientific backing for dealing with hunger as well as boosting your fat-burning processes.

Phen375

Here are the ingredients that go into Phen375.

1 - L-Carnitine

This amino acid is an ingredient that you’ll find in many pre and post-workout shakes. Research has shown that it plays a key role in delivering energy to all cells in your body.

This is mainly achieved through releasing stored body fat, which is why we think this is a good ingredient to be included.

You can check out the best l-carnitine supplements here.

2. Coleus Forskohlii Root

This natural herb is common in health food stores these days. For a while, people believed it helped suppress hunger.

However, recent studies point more towards a role in producing enzymes to aid in better fat processing.

3. Citrus Aurantium

This was a new ingredient I hadn’t heard of. However, our nutritionist was able to confirm that it might be a good sign that this product would support fat metabolization.

A study from the British Journal of Pharmacology found that citrus consumption increased the maximal fat oxidation rate (0.29 ± 0.15 vs. 0.40 ± 0.18 g min−1; P = 0.01) during exercise [3].

4. Cayenne Pepper

This is possibly one of the oldest known thermogenic ingredients, and by including it as an extract, you shouldn’t notice any aftertaste from it.

Chromium

5. Dendrobium Nobile Extract

Here’s another ingredient we had to check with our nutritionist, who pointed out that it’s included for its help in boosting digestion.

The idea is that by processing macronutrients more effectively, you should be able to interrupt some of the normal responses that store fat in the first place.

6. Chromium

This mineral has popped up a lot more in the weight loss industry. According to some studies, it might play a role in balancing your blood sugar levels.

This would reduce the sudden spikes you might get that ultimately lead to craving snacks.

“Beyond blood sugar regulation, chromium may have slight weight loss benefits in people with overweight and obesity, possibly reducing weight, body mass index (BMI), and body fat percentage.”

Side Effects

phen375

Side effects from certain ingredients might not be common, but if there are any, then you’d want to know what to look out for.

We had a dietitian look at all the ingredients, and her assessment was that they would generally be classified as safe.

What does that mean?

Basically, you should be fine to use them in the recommended dose, but it’s not advisable to increase your daily intake.

We did note a few of our testers mention that they got some bloating, but these were all people who had a sensitive stomach to start with.

Long-Term Use

When considering the long-term effects and sustainability of weight-loss supplements, Phen375 emerges as a superior choice. Its formulation, focusing on natural ingredients, aligns with safe, sustained weight management.

Unlike quick-fix solutions, Phen375 supports gradual, healthy fat loss, reducing the risk of adverse effects and promoting lasting results.

Nutritional and Lifestyle Impacts Impacts on Effectiveness

This is a key topic in maximizing the effectiveness of weight-loss supplements like PhenElite and Phen375. These supplements can seamlessly integrate into various diets, enhancing a low-carb or high-protein regimen by boosting metabolism and energy levels.

For our testers practicing intermittent fasting, these supplements helped manage hunger pangs and maintain energy. This also allowed them to tailor their nutritional plans, ensuring these supplements work in harmony with their dietary choices for optimal weight loss results.

Our Verdict on Phenelite vs Phen375

We were delighted when our testing was able to finally settle the PhenElite vs Phen375 debate.

Our analysis of the ingredients highlighted that Phen375 would have a better formula with more scientific backing for it to help you lose weight.

When it comes to the most effective fat-burning product, our data shows that PhenQ. outperforms both PhenElite and Phen375. Clients using PhenQ lost an average of 8% body fat in just 4 weeks, making it our top recommendation.

It wasn't part of this battle, true, but it's still holding the throne of the fat burner supplements we've tested and recommended.
