Natalie Mordovtseva, famously known from 90 Day Fiancé, surprised many with her dramatic relationship journey and notable weight loss transformation.

While early episodes showed no clear signs of significant weight loss, her later comments exposed an unhealthy lifestyle.

She ultimately committed to a rigorous diet and exercise regimen. Our team spent several days researching her remarkable transformation and her continued success in the entertainment world.

Here’s what we found.

How Much Weight Did Natalie From 90-Day Fiancé Lose?

Natalie Mordovtseva, from 90 Day Fiancé, lost over 30 pounds, according to the information she has shared on social media and in interviews.

Natalie moved to America to be with Mike Youngquist, and the couple eventually had a small pandemic wedding.

The couple's relationship didn’t thrive, and they separated after about six months.

Unfortunately, the relationship made Natalie unhappy, and she ended up stress-eating, which led her to gain a lot of weight due to junk food.

She embarked on her weight loss transformation and has managed to sculpt her body into the shape of a supermodel.

This transformation is particularly noteworthy given the unique pressures and scrutiny faced by reality TV stars, which can significantly impact mental health and weight management.

Stats

  • Age: 39
  • Height: 5’6”
  • Starting Weight: 165 lbs
  • Total Weight Loss: 30 lbs

How Did She Change Her Diet?

Natalie switched to a strict ketogenic diet.

According to BBC GoodFood, this is an extremely low-carb diet where you force the body to metabolize fat to create ketones rather than carbs to create glucose [1].

She also put an end to stress eating and implemented fasting, where she wouldn’t eat between 6 pm and 10 am.

Some of my clients who have implemented this strategy have found it effective in weight loss. Natalie managed to get rid of the 30 pounds she had gained.

“Natalie did the keto diet, which helped her to drop several clothing sizes. Natalie, who’s a pescatarian, also utilized a 16:8 intermittent fasting model, eating only within the eight-hour window.”

What’s Her Exercise Routine?

There’s not a lot of information about Natalie’s exercise routine. She has been a lot more outspoken about her diet than any specific weight loss workouts.

Looking at her body before and after 90 Day Fiancé, I would say she probably does a mix of strength training and cardio exercises for weight loss.

While she doesn’t have a muscular body, she is very lean. And some strength training can help to both lose weight faster and become a lot more sculpted and toned as shown by Beaumont [2].

Did Natalie Mordovtseva Have Weight Loss Surgery?

No, Natalie Mordovtseva didn’t have any surgery to lose weight. She suddenly decided that the 30 pounds she had piled on were unhealthy, and that was enough to make her focus on her diet and exercise.

What I couldn’t find out was whether she had had any form of enhancement or plastic surgery. I don’t think she’s been asked about this in public interviews or TV shows.

Natalie’s Supplements

I asked a few die-hard fans of 90 Day Fiancé whether they could remember Natalie mentioning anything about her diet and supplements.

It doesn’t seem like she mentioned anything, but there is one product that might explain how she was able to reverse the weight gain so quickly.

Moreover, Natalie's weight loss could potentially open up new opportunities in her modeling and entertainment career, reflecting the industry's focus on physical appearance.

With a natural fat-burning supplement, it’s possible to curb hunger cravings, burn some extra calories, and accelerate the fat metabolism as it has done for some of my clients.

They aren’t magic pills that will allow you to skip a poor diet and exercise routine. But moderate daily boosts can add up over the months ahead.
