DMAE stands for dimethylaminoethanol, and I have no idea how to pronounce it. But there is some research that has linked it to better athletic performance for weight management.
Overall, the scientific community is still undecided about how effective it is and what the best dose would be.
2. Caffeine Anhydrous
Caffeine is a common ingredient in fat burning supplements, and there is no shortage of scientific evidence that it may boost your thermogenic metabolism . Just keep in mind that it contains approximately 200 mg, which is more than a cup of coffee, and the stimulant could mess with your sleep.

It’s believed to have some impact on weight loss by increasing the effectiveness of your metabolism. But studies have been a bit split in their research, especially in the double-blind ones where it didn’t prove very effective.

Our dietitian’s experience with magnolia bark is limited, but she thinks that claims of fat reduction might be overhyped.
There’s also limited evidence that it might improve stress and overall mood, so we’d have some questions and reservations about it.
This is one of the better ingredients, and you might be familiar with it from drinking green tea. If you have a low-calorie diet and boost your L-Theanine intake, then it could make your dieting efforts easier by burning more fat.
We’ve had a few recommendations from nutritionists about 5-HTP, and a good serving of it has been shown to reduce hunger cravings. And not reaching for the snack drawer could have a big impact on your dieting efforts.
16. Green Tea Extract
Green tea is something we probably should all be drinking more of, but having it in a supplement capsule might make it a lot easier. Not only is it good for antioxidant delivery, but you might also find it's a decent thermogenic booster.
17. Black Pepper Extract
Black or cayenne pepper extracts are common in supplements as they have been shown to boost nutrient absorption in your stomach. That may mean that the GAT Jet Fuel blend could start acting faster.
