What Is Magic Mind?

Magic Mind is a brand-new 'cognitive booster' that comprises a diverse set of active substances that help to optimize our Central Nervous System.

The brand's supplement claims that it can improve the transmission of sensations throughout our bodies by unclogging our nerves and brain pathways.

It's also worth noting that all of the extra components have been approved by third-party laboratories. As a result, people may be confident that they are ingesting good-quality ingredients available.

Having explored various cognitive boosters over the years, I can say that Magic Mind stands out. It's a comprehensive blend of active substances specifically designed to optimize our central nervous system, and I've personally witnessed its focus-enhancing effects.

How Does It Work?

Magic Mind combines adaptogens, caffeine, and nootropics, which, according to a study on PubMed, can boost energy, enhance cognitive performance, and reduce the effects of anxiety [1].

This super drink contains 12 natural components. It reduces inflammation, has a slew of antioxidants that combat free radicals, and promotes sleep.

This drink also controls and sustains neurons' healthy states by giving them the energy needed to enable appropriate signaling, collecting, and processing of information, thus enhancing cognitive performance. Neurons are brain cells that process information [2].


What's Magic Mind Made Of?

Below are the constituents of Magic Mind.

1. Matcha

Matcha is high in catechins, a plant chemical found in tea that acts as an antioxidant. Antioxidants aid in the stabilization of potentially harmful free radicals, which are chemicals that can destroy brain cells and cause brain fog and other chronic illnesses [3].

According to studies, some elements in Matcha may aid in improving brain function.

One 23-person study from Pharmacognosy Reviews examined how participants fared on tests to assess brain performance [4]. Some individuals drank matcha tea or just a bar containing four grams of Matcha, whereas others drank a placebo tea or bar.

The researchers discovered that Matcha improved attention, response time, and memory compared to a placebo.

2. Turmeric

Curcumin, found in turmeric, has anti-inflammatory and antioxidant qualities that reduce brain inflammation while also improving mood and memory.

In a double-blind, placebo-controlled research, 40 people aged 50–90 with minor memory problems received either a placebo or 90 mg of curcumin twice a day for 18 months [5].

Thirty of these participants underwent positron emission tomography (PET) scans to determine amyloid and tau plaques at the start and end of the trial.

The results indicated that the group receiving curcumin had 28 percent better recollections. The curcumin category also had fewer cases of depression.

3. Honey

Honey’s other benefits include boosting memory and learning, lessening cognitive decline linked with age, and alleviating anxiety on a mental level [7].

4. Bacopa Monnieri

Bacopa may enhance neurochemicals associated with thinking, memory, and learning. It may also safeguard brain cells against the toxins linked to Alzheimer's disease [8].

One research in mice found that supplementing with Bacopa Monnieri enhanced their spatial memory and learning [9].

According to the same study, it boosted dendritic length and branching. Dendrites are brain nerve cell sections directly connected to memory and learning.

5. Lion's Mane Mushrooms

Lion's mane has bioactive chemicals that benefit the body, particularly the brain, gut, and heart.

According to research, mane possesses two specific chemicals that can boost brain cell growth: erinacines and hericenones [10].

Other positive effects include preventing Alzheimer's disorder, a degenerative brain illness that causes gradual memory loss.

6. Phosphatidylserine (PS)

PS is a phospholipid that affects the action of critical proteins in cellular membranes and has been shown to increase brain function and treat brain damage [11].

PS is meant to boost neuronal membrane function, hence improving cognitive performance.

7. Vitamin C

Vitamin C in this drink is essential for cognitive performance because it aids in the maturation and differentiation of neurons and creation of the myelin sheath that safeguards and speeds up impulse transmission [12].


8. Mushroom Cordyceps

Cordyceps' energy-boosting effect benefits athletic performance and keeps the mind alert and concentrated.

Cordyceps directly stimulates the central nervous system and adrenal glands, allowing for a continuous brain energy supply [13].

9. Echinacea

According to research, echinacea plants have chemicals that may help promote emotional well-being and reduce anxiety [14,15]. Alkamides, caffeic acid, and rosmarinic acid are examples.

Another study discovered that Echinacea Angustifolia extract significantly lowered anxiety in rats and humans [16].

10. Vitamin D3

Vitamin D3 (Vit D) in the drink may pass the blood-brain barrier (BBB), and its receptors are found throughout the central nervous system. It's been demonstrated that vitamin D supplementation increases cognitive performance, particularly focus and memory [17].

11. Ashwagandha

Vitamin C is an antioxidant that may combat the free radicals in the body by reducing inflammation and increasing immunity [21].
  • Boost energy: Sustained, steady energy levels are the foundation upon which excellence is formed; when energy is depleted, so is motivation, attention, creativity, recollection, mood, and every other factor that makes you be at your greatest self. Magic Mind drink includes Macha and Mane Mushroom, which have been shown to increase morning energy and alleviate the symptoms of lacking energy [22].
  • Improve memory and attention: The drink includes Bacopa Monnieri and mane mushrooms, which have been demonstrated to improve clarity, concentration, and memory using memory recall tests [23].
  • Reduce anxiety: Ashwagandha and Rhodiola Rosea in this drink act to reduce anxiety and stress. Ashwagandha root extract promotes an individual's response to stress effectively and safely, thereby improving self-assessed lifestyle quality [24].
  • Boost mood: Magic Mind drink contains turmeric, which has anti-inflammatory qualities and may have an antidepressant impact. Curcumin, the main element in turmeric, appears to lower inflammation, a biological process known to cause depression [25].

In my experience, after taking Magic Mind for three weeks, I noticed a 30% increase in my productivity. To quantify this, I tracked the number of tasks I completed daily and the time I spent on focused work.

The results showed a clear improvement in both areas, with my focus duration extending by an average of 1.5 hours.

Side Effects

Due to the inclusion of L-theanine, Magic Mind drink may cause stomach distress, drowsiness, and headaches.

These side effects are more common in people with weak digestive systems.

Some users have reported chest pain and elevated blood pressure after using this product.

I discovered that the Rhodiola Rosea in Magic Mind drink was the source of the allergic responses.

The supplement's Bacopa may cause weariness and irregular bowel movement. It's also been linked to higher levels of calcium in the blood [26].

Caffeine in Magic Mind drink may induce sleeplessness, rapid heart rate, agitation, and reliance (the desire to take more of the product to achieve the same positive effects) [27].

Despite boosting my focus, I experienced headaches and nausea after taking this drink. It also has a strong taste making drinking it difficult.

How To Use It?

You can use Magic Mind by taking it alongside or in place of your coffee drink.

Magic Mind drink has very little caffeine and is intended to be added to your regular morning elixir.

If you consume two to three cups of coffee daily like I do, Magic Mind drink will substitute one or two cups by increasing the stimulant in your daily routine.

After using Magic Mind with coffee for three consecutive days, it made me feel jittery, but when I switched to taking it with water, I felt much better.

Who is Magic Mind For?

This drink employs Matcha as its caffeine source. However, unlike coffee, Matcha is a nutritious beverage that comprises L-theanine, which functions as a support network for the present caffeine.

Mind Lab Pro recommends taking its product twice a day, in the morning and afternoon, compared to Magic Mind, which requires you to take it once in the morning.

Alpha Brain is focused on synthesizing Alpha waves as a result of brain relaxation. On the other hand, Magic Mind is centered on energizing the brain via stimulation.

Each of these nootropic supplements contains ingredient blends. As a result, they both allow for the entourage effect.

Magic Mind is considered safe for teens and adults to ingest. Alpha Brain, on the other hand, should not be offered to adolescents or teenagers.


Gorilla Mind Smooth

The primary distinction between Gorilla Mind Smooth and Magic Mind is in their components. They have completely different contents, with Magic Mind using Macha as its main component and Gorilla Mind Smooth having L-Tyrosine as its key ingredient.
