As a fitness coach, I constantly make an effort to ensure that my clients are in a good mood and have great cognitive function and concentration throughout their workouts.

Recently, I came across Quantumind, which claims to provide all of these benefits.

So, I took a few weeks to research Quantumind reviews, its ingredients, and side effects, and with the help of a few clients, tested its effectiveness.

Keep reading to see what we found out.

What Is Quantumind?

A woman working out in the gym with Quantumind

Quantumind is a nootropic supplement that contains various helpful ingredients like antioxidants as well as adaptogens that assist in increasing mental energy without side effects.

Note: It is important to seek professional medical advice when considering nootropic supplements for cognitive function and cognitive performance.

Quantumind is claimed to improve memory and potentially slow down cognitive decline.

The supplement was created with the goal of reducing ADHD symptoms. However, a study we found from Frontiers in Psychiatry shows that nootropic blends/stacks can boost cognition in all consumers [1].

What the Manufacturers Say About It

According to Evolvere, the manufacturer, the product has various benefits that boost mitochondrial activity, which is quite an accomplishment considering that many nootropics merely scratch the edge of mental clarity enhancement.

The quick-acting formula boosts attention, focus, mental processing, mood, and memory while alleviating mental tiredness, stress, oxidative stress, as well as brain fog.

It also provides a lot of energy to the brain, which helps users converse more effectively.

This promotes high mental processing and physical performance 24 hours a day.

I love the fact that Evolvere went to great lengths to use clinically established dosages of various nootropic drugs instead of proprietary mixtures, like many supplements today.

How Does Quantumind Work?

A man relaxing with quantumind outside

Quantumind works by employing a straightforward method for cognitive enhancement and mental regeneration, reducing potential adverse effects and failure.

The formula's constituents work together to widen blood arteries in the brain, improving blood flow.

This implies the brain gets more oxygen, which allows it to work more efficiently — no brain fog.

By enhancing the function of important neurotransmitters, the ingredient selection directly improves brain health.

It increases activities like concentration, learning, attention, memory, and other cognitive processes. This boost reduces unnecessary stress and anxiety.

Although Quantumind's effects are highly effective, most users report that its effects fluctuate owing to its formulation, making it unfit for some users.

Ingredients

A scientist looking at something in the microscope

Here's a quick rundown of what each element in Quantumind achieves, according to research done by our dietician.

1. N-Acetyl-L-Carnitine (ALCAR)

Carnitine is an amino acid that is commonly used to boost energy levels.

It is thought to increase mitochondrial activity and energy production. Mitochondria are the cellular' motors' responsible for converting fuel into energy [2].

Making them highly efficient will lead to increased energy levels.

However, the nootropic advantages are restricted in this case. ALCAR may help athletes create greater power, but it has little impact on brain health.

“ALCAR may help you perform better in the gym. It delivers fuel as fatty acids to the muscle mitochondria, increasing energy output and endurance. While you exercise, ALCAR shifts your metabolism towards fat burning.”

- Emily Gonzalez, Naturopathic Doctor

2. L-Tyrosine

This necessary amino acid is vital in raising the levels of critical neurotransmitters.

It may, for example, increase dopamine production, resulting in improved memory and overall brain function. Furthermore, it can significantly relieve stress [3].

3. Alpha GPC

This amino acid, which is found in most nootropics, aids brain health by regulating impulses to and from hormonal receptors and producers [4].

This means fewer toxic hormones when you don't require them and more good hormones whenever you do.

4. Green Tea Extract

Green tea is often used as a milder energy source than caffeine or coffee.

However, I discovered excellent research that showed that green tea might reduce anxiety, enhance cognitive function, and even improve memory [5].

5. Phenylethylamine

Phenylethylamine with a scientist in the background

Phenylethylamine is a basic amine. It occurs naturally in the body and is found in relatively small amounts in the brain cells.

Phenylethylamine is a powerful stimulant of the central nervous system. It also regulates the production of dopamine and serotonin.

Intake, however, is futile because phenylethylamine does have a half-life of roughly 30 seconds [6].

Once it has passed through the blood-brain barrier, it is swiftly degraded into inactive metabolites.

Not an excellent nootropic stack component, in my opinion.

6. Ashwagandha

Ashwagandha has anxiolytic properties. This implies that it decreases stress and anxiety symptoms. It accomplishes this mostly by lowering cortisol levels in the blood.

There are currently dozens of studies confirming ashwagandha's potential to suppress cortisol, anxiety, and stress [7].

It is both safe and tolerable.

As a result, we could benefit from more than the 200 mg that this brain health supplement provides.

However, when combined with the huge quantity of tyrosine, 200 mg is more than enough to alleviate anxiety.

7. Caffeine

Close up shot of coffee beans

Caffeine is a well-known stimulant that offers various advantages. It can boost overall brain function by enhancing the brain's attention and memory span.

Studies have shown caffeine to help with long-term memory retention for up to 24 hours after ingestion [8].

8. Alpha Lipoic Acid

The antioxidant benefits of this naturally occurring chemical in our bodies are well known. As a result, it can boost immunity [9].

Alpha lipoic acid can also increase the creation of neurotransmitters such as acetylcholine, which is linked to learning and memory.

9. B-12 Vitamin

Getting sufficient vitamin B12 might give you extra energy, boost your memory, and facilitate learning new things. It has also been demonstrated to boost mood and reduce depression symptoms.

Thankfully, recent studies discovered that it is a sufficient memory aid to benefit Alzheimer's patients [10].

10. Phosphatidylserine

Phosphatidylserine with a scientist in the background

Phosphatidylserine is an amino acid molecule present in the brain cells. It also has fat-soluble properties.

Its pitch is that it might improve memory in some populations while also being a good cortisol suppressor [11].

11. Shilajit

It possesses almost no confirmed nootropic characteristics. It is also not known to boost athletic performance significantly. It is merely a source of several minerals, such as fulvic acid.

However, like Himalayan pink salt, Shilajit only includes minimal levels of these minerals – sufficient to make a significant impact on your productivity [12].

12. Hordenine

It’s concerning that Evolvere opted to include Hordenine in Quantumind.

Hordenine is a type of phenethylamine that occurs naturally in certain plants and at trace levels in the body.

Hordenine is an extremely potent stimulant. It quickly boosts energy levels and lowers fatigue. It appears to increase norepinephrine synthesis while decreasing norepinephrine breakdown [13].

As you may expect, side effects are rather prevalent. Overdoses are quite common. Hordenine is not a substance you want to meddle with.

“Hordenine is used orally to improve sports performance and weight reduction. It may stimulate the central nervous system, raising breathing, blood pressure, and heart rate.”

- Stephanie Nera, Doctor of Pharmacy

13. Panax Ginseng

Close up shot of a person holding ginseng

Panax Ginseng reduces tiredness, produces calm, elevates mood, and boosts reaction speeds [14].

Moreover, one investigation found it to be just as efficient as pharmaceutical-grade therapies in several cognitive domains [15].

14. Bioperine

Bioperine is among the industry-standard compounds.

Quantumind incorporates Bioperine in this product to aid in the absorption and utilization of the other ingredients.

Benefits of Quantumind

A woman relaxing and doing yoga outside using Quantamind

Based on a few user reviews I found and what the manufacturers of Quantumind claim, here are five potential benefits of taking the supplement.

1. Quicker Cognition

It may sound easy, but lowering inflammation in the brain tissue has several cognitive benefits. Quantumind may enhance nutrient and oxygen flow to important parts of our brains by loosening our blood vessels and improving cognitive and processing speeds.

2. Concentration and Attention

Most plainly put, this is Quantumind's main purpose. The mixture contains well-known compounds such as Alpha-GPC to assist in stimulating the mind and help it focus on activities.

3. Less Brain Fatigue

Utilizing herbals and caffeine, such as from green tea, makes your mind feel quite fresh and stimulated without the jolts and jitters linked with energy drinks or coffee.

4. Better Long-term Memory

Quantumind may help your brain hold knowledge for longer periods and remember data much quicker when you need it. This is achieved by combining substances like Vitamin B12 and Ginseng.

5. Improved Mood

Quantumind contains L-tyrosine, a well-studied amino acid that aids in the balance of mood chemicals in our brains. This is significant because many individuals are unaware of how much our mood influences our concentration and cognitive functions.

In my experience, I was able to keep my mind concentrated during my everyday routines, particularly during my gym sessions, after a few weeks of using Quantumind.

Pros
  • It may help with ADHD-like symptoms
  • It stabilizes the mood, improves focus and memory
  • It is a non-stimulant supplement
  • It may help with food cravings
Cons
  • Quantumind requires a high dosage of six capsules a day
  • The caffeine content in the product is too high

Quantumind Review: Side Effects

A woman having a headache

My biggest issue with Quantumind is that it appears to be highly risky.

This is particularly true when compared to other natural brain supplements, including those marketed to boost energy and athletic performance.

The first major source of worry is its 300 mg of caffeine content.

This is a large amount of caffeine to take in one session.

Even if you divide it out over the course of the day, that's a lot of caffeine for anyone. To put things into perspective, 300 mg of caffeine is roughly equivalent to 3–4 individual espresso shots.

Taking this much caffeine may cause:

  • Headaches
  • Nervousness
  • Nausea
  • Stomach pains
  • Anxiety
  • Vertigo
  • Hypertension
  • Accelerated heart rate
  • Shortness of breath
  • Trouble focusing
  • Sleeplessness
  • Dependency

You must use caffeine with extreme caution to avoid accidentally overdosing.

Additionally, there's also 75 mg of hordenine to consider. I believe that any dose of hordenine is excessive.

It's a harsh stimulant with frequent adverse effects. These adverse consequences are comparable to those associated with caffeine usage, although they are more concentrated on cardiovascular health.

How To Use Quantumind

A person drinking Quantumind at home

To use Quantumind, take six pills every day. You may take it whenever you want during the day.

The stimulants (caffeine, PEA, and hordenine) will serve as the driving force.

Because each capsule contains 50 mg of caffeine, I usually divide my dosages between early morning and late afternoon.

You can, however, substitute your high-energy products with a six-capsule slam at once (but not with other stimulants).

We recommend starting with three capsules and then assessing how you feel and if you should consume more.

Who Should Take Quantumind?

People who desire to stop procrastination, interruptions, brain fog, and even food cravings should take Quantumind.

It contains substances that help enhance performance by improving circulation to the brain and suppressing appetite.

As a result, this product may assist in boosting attention span, sharpening memory, and lessening hunger.

Who Shouldn't Take Quantumind?

A doctor explaining to a patient

Individuals who have underlying conditions and are taking other drugs should not take Quantumind. Its components may react with medications, resulting in serious negative effects.

It is also not suggested for anybody under the age of 18.

Pregnant and breastfeeding women should also avoid this product.

Hordenine, one of its constituents, may be detrimental to both the baby and the mother.

Quantumind, a memory supplement and nootropic, contains a naturally occurring compound that aims to enhance memory, increase focus, and support mental health. While it may provide several benefits, its effectiveness and suitability for individuals with specific health conditions should be assessed, and reducing stress and maintaining a healthy immune system remain primary goals.

Where To Buy and Price

You can buy Quantumind straight from the Evolvere site, and it costs about $54 at the time of writing this article. However, you can bring it down to $41 with a monthly delivery subscription.

If you opt to buy three bottles, the price per bottle drops to $36 per bottle, for a total price of $108

Shipping is free.

You may save 25% if you subscribe, and there are also bulk-saving options.

If you intend to purchase this nootropic compound, I recommend that you do so directly from the manufacturer.

This is the best way to avoid reseller overcharging and bogus items.

Shipping and Delivery

Your order might take 1–3 working days to process, and delivery time is dependent on where you live. Generally, they guarantee 7–10 days for their product shipment and delivery (including order processing).

They deliver their products via USPS and UPS.

In my experience, it took eight days to receive my product.

Comparison to Other Products

A woman comparing Quantumind with other products

Below is how Quantumind compares to other products.

Mind Lab Pro

Unlike Quantumind, which includes high-dosed substances that may cause serious adverse effects, Mind Lab Pro comprises 11 compounds that have been clinically tested and shown safe to use.

The caffeine content of Quantumind is 300 mg, which is considered excessive. However, Mind Lab Pro is a caffeine-free formulation that can naturally improve your mental energy without producing jitters or restless nights.

Mind Lab Pro is suitable for individuals of all ages, unlike Quantumind, which restricts who may use their goods.

When compared to Quantumind, Mind Lab Pro gives the best results with only two capsules daily, whereas Quantumind requires customers to take six capsules to achieve maximum effects.

Alpha Brain

A man working out with Alpha Brain

Quantumind and Alpha Brain are tough to compare. The filtered formulas of these nootropics are somewhat different.

Both Alpha Brain and Quantumind have advantages and disadvantages.

Alpha Brain is probably a lot safer nootropic because it does not include any harmful stimulants such as hordenine or a high amount of caffeine.

Onnit Alpha Brain supplement does, however, utilize proprietary mixes with apparent filler components.

It does not include nearly as many well-dosed, proven components as Quantumind.

Gorilla Mind Smooth

Both Gorilla Mind Smooth and Quantumind are available in capsule form, making them easy to use on the go. However, Quantumind requires six pills every day, whereas Gorilla Mind Smooth requires three.

Gorilla Mind Smooth features a higher dosage of overlapping chemicals than Quantumind, and the manufacturer is also much more open about the composition.

You can stack Gorilla Mind Smooth with other supplements; however, it is not suggested for Quantumind owing to the high amounts of its ingredients.
