How does Relacore Extra work?

First, let’s look at the claims made on the Relacore Extra website. The supplement is formulated to help:

7. Vitamin B12

This vitamin has similar weight loss impacts as vitamin B6: improved energy-yielding metabolism and reduced fatigue.

Zinc is linked to psychological benefits that are similar to magnesium [19], with supplementation thought to prevent depression and other negative symptoms.

13. Proprietary Blend

The blend contains passionflower powder, magnolia powder, Chinese skullcap powder, Asian ginseng extract, poria extract, jujube extract, perilla extract, and phosphatidylserine.
