I’m always extra cautious when I see testosterone booster supplements with extremely clever marketing and big advertising campaigns.
And if you add in celebrity endorsements, it’s normally a sign that the company has spent more on marketing than the formula.
When we first spotted Alpha King online, it seemed to fit that category, but then we got some positive feedback from readers.
So we decided to research it a bit more and see how Alpha King compares to test boosters that we’ve recommended to clients.
Here’s what we found.
What Is Alpha King Supreme?
Alpha King is a testosterone booster made by a company called Force Factor. This company has several other dietary supplements, but this is the one they have been promoting the most.
The makers claim Alpha King creates more free testosterone within weeks so that you have the muscle power and sex drive like a teenager on hormone overdrive.
I know, we’re a little bit jealous of young men when it comes to testosterone.
Now, it’s not specifically marketed as a treatment for erectile dysfunction, but everything on the label suggests that you’ll be doing resistance training like The Rock and unleash your potential in the bedroom.
Let’s see how much of it is true.
Alpha King Supreme Benefits
The first thing I want to point out is that Force Factor has done the right thing by not hiding behind a proprietary blend.
The label lists everything and shows the exact amounts, and that’s important if you need to stack this with other products.
For testing purposes, we got a few clients to help out, and at least three of them said they had taken a before and after blood test that confirmed an increase in testosterone.
While none of them reported a major boost in sexual performance, they did find that it had an impact on their fitness journey.
The big question is how effective it really was, and we have a comparison to other products below.
Does Alpha King Supre Have Any Downsides?
So, I mentioned above that there was some noted impact on physical performance with more energy for physical and mental tasks.
But it’s also meant to increase pumps through the use of l-citrulline, and that’s something we couldn’t confirm.
Also, quite a few online reviews mentioned the same issue that it doesn’t seem to have a significant enough effect on pumps.
The other thing to keep in mind is that you have to take three capsules that are quite big.
If you've got a large stack of other supplements, then that can be a bit of a pain to swallow.
- Some positive results were posted from men with low testosterone
- The company doesn’t hide behind proprietary blends
- It contains added vitamins D and K2 for immune benefits
- It comes with a strong dose of zinc to support testosterone production
- Has a limited effect from the blood flow ingredients
- You’ll need to take three capsules for the full dosage
I already mentioned that it’s great that Force Factor has listed out all the ingredients. I’ll go through them here with some information that our dietitian provided on each of them.
Vitamins D and K2: These should be a priority for all men as they may directly impact immune, heart, and bone health.
Magnesium Stearate And Zinc: These minerals play a vital role in muscle function and testosterone production to build lean muscle mass.
“Zinc deficiency can hinder testosterone production. Like magnesium, zinc is lost through sweat, so athletes and other people who sweat a lot are more likely to be deficient.” - Michael Hull, Writer at Examine.com.
Ashwagandha Root Extract: Studies have shown that this herb may help especially overweight men to gain more control over testosterone levels .
Alphafen Fenugreek Seed Extract: Alpha King also contains some powdered fenugreek seeds, and our dietitian pointed us to a study that had good results with the same amount as Alpha King contains .
Black Maca Root: For this herb, we couldn’t find conclusive evidence that it would help with testosterone; studies have shown mixed results for black maca root.
DIM (Diindolylmethane): This isn’t directly tied to testosterone production but rather reducing how much of it is transformed into estrogen .
Boron: This is another mineral that scientists have linked to testosterone, and it seems to have a strong dosage .
L-Citrulline: This is the ingredient in Alpha King that supposedly should bring on better blood flow and pumps.
AstraGin: Based on ginseng, the company claims that it will help your body absorb more L-citrulline.
The one thing we’re missing here is black pepper extract for enhanced bioavailability. It tends to help with absorbing the ingredients faster.
How Does It Work?
Alpha King claims to work by combining ingredients that work as a testosterone booster and natural performance enhancer.
Our dietitian did confirm that most of the ingredients in the formula are scientifically proven.
And they are there in a good dose in the supplement as well to trigger increased T-levels.
The supplement also seems to work well to stop the process of transforming too much testosterone into estrogen.
Alpha King should also increase strength levels through better pumps, but that is one area where we didn’t see the same results as we have with other supplement products.
How Does Alpha King Compare To Other Supplements?
The three main testosterone boosters that we recommend to clients are:
- Aphro D.
We’ve been using these with clients for at least 12 months, and these supplements have helped many of them show measurable increases in T-levels.
That gave us a great comparison for those clients that were taking Alpha King.
While we did measure higher T-levels with Alpha King, and our clients noted improvements in their libido, brain function, and weight management, the results were not as good as we expected.
We have gained much more confidence in the similar products we’ve been testing, and the measured increases are much better.

Where Can You Buy Alpha King Supreme?
Right now, Force Factor doesn’t sell Alpha King through an official website. It’s only available on Amazon, and we’ve encountered two problems.
Most days that we checked, Alpha King wasn’t in stock. And that makes it difficult to keep a constant supply.
We intended to test it for several more months but often didn’t have the option to order more.
Secondly, Alpha King is often only available from resellers. That leaves you open to getting a fake supplement.
We also found that despite using an Amazon Prime account, the delivery times were five days or more.
Other User Reviews
During our research, we also found some interesting online reviews for Alpha King that seemed to confirm our experience.
Jeff is an amateur bodybuilder, and he was looking to boost his testosterone levels since he had struggled to bulk up in his 40s. He did notice an increase with Alpha King, but when he compared the results to another supplement, Alpha King didn’t come as close. - Jeff from Maine
Stu is in his 60s, and in his review, he pointed out that he needed a supplement to help with libido and weight management. While he did notice that the formula gave him better sexual drive, he didn’t find Alpha King was enough for losing weight. - Stu from Atlanta
Does Alpha King Contain Banned Ingredients?
No, Alpha King doesn’t contain any banned ingredients. It only uses natural ingredients to help with low levels of testosterone that won’t show up on a drug test.
When Is the Best Time to Take Alpha King?
The best time to take Alpha King is one capsule daily with breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Spreading out the supplement in this way should give your body a more consistent supply to keep T-levels up.
Should You Invest In Alpha King Supreme?
Based on our research and the clients’ test results, we wouldn’t recommend buying Alpha King. Even though we did have some positive results, it’s not the strongest male vitality supplement.
We’ve had far better results with Aphro-D, and our clients of all ages have managed to get a measured boost in T-levels, exercise performance, and libido as well.
